Volunteers in the Netherlands Sing Carols to Raise Funds for Ukrainian Defenders

Ukrainian volunteers in the Netherlands are collecting funds for a drone for Ukrainian soldiers. For this purpose, they decided to sing carols.

The initiative was started by three Ukrainians - Ulyana Bun, Solomiya and Denys the Skvortsovs.  Anyone can invite carolers, reports Ukrinform.

Sing carols is a very old tradition in Ukraine: children go from house to house, sing carols and receive some money and desserts. So Ukrainians in the Netherlands decided to transform this tradition and collect money for something important. Ukrainian diaspora very actively supports such an initiative. In particular, 20 families have already signed up to participate in Rotterdam or The Hague.

It is not the first time that the Ukrainian community in the Netherlands helps the military. Activists collect funds from time to time and send the necessary ammunition and equipment to Ukrainian defenders.
