In a Ukrainian school in Japan, students studied pottery at a master class
On August 5, 2021, a pottery master class was held at the Ukrainian school "Beregynia" in the city of Nagoya (Japan).
The main goal of this extracurricular event was to give participants the opportunity to try their hand at pottery, to make and decorate a product in the Ukrainian style on their own.
"Children and adults were able to touch living clay, create an original product with their own hands and paint it with brushes. The surprise at the beginning of the lesson was the pencil-drawn instructions for making products", - says the page of the Japanese-Ukrainian Cultural Association (NPO JUCA).
