On May 6-7, 2023, the Bread and Gastronomy Festivals took place in Brussels on Schuman Square.
There were also Ukrainian stand, where Belgian gourmets and guests of the capital could taste fragrant Ukrainian pastries, pancakes, borscht, potato dumplings with mushroom gravy, banosh with bryndza and pork rind, varenyky with sour cream.
All this delicacy was prepared by representatives of the The Association Of Ukrainian Women in Belgium.
"Many countries presented their excellence in baking bread and the most delicious dishes of their cuisine. Of course, we were most proud of the Ukrainian stand. The Embassy expresses its deep gratitude to Ms. Natalia Ostach and all the ladies who tirelessly prepared meals and entertained everyone for two days! You are incredible", the Embassy of Ukraine in Belgium informs.
