Ukrainian communities joined the celebration of the Day of the Unity of Ukraine

On January 22, 2022, Ukrainians celebrated the 103rd anniversary of the signing of the Act of Unification of the Ukrainian People's Republic and the West Ukrainian People's Republic.

Celebrations on the occasion of Ukrainian Unity Day took place not only in the cities of Ukraine, but also in many other countries. In particular, embassies, Ukrainian communities and schools abroad joined the celebration. Memorial actions and laying of flowers at memorials, thematic lessons in schools, online marathons and flash mobs were held in various cities.

This year, foreign activists took part in demonstrations to show their unity in the face of Russian aggression and their readiness to fight back against Moscow.
