On March 12, 2023, the largest Sydney Children's Festival took place. Students of the Ukrainian school of St. Andrew in Sydney also attended the event.
"Our students presented Ukraine with dignity - as an indomitable, singing, blooming and peace-loving country! We are proud of our young generation, of our future," the school informs.
The students also received awards during the event. In particular, Kateryna Bogdanova received the highest award of the festival "Excellent Award".
David Semenyuk took 1st place (in the 9-13 years category), and Matvii Pudlo - 3rd place (in the 9-13 years category) in the drawing competition.
