February 16, 2022, in accordance with the order of the President of Ukraine, was declared the Day of Unity of Ukrainians. Ukrainian communities also joined in celebrating this holiday.
In particular, the Flag of Ukraine was raised at all Ukrainian institutions. Ukrainians gathered together to sing the national anthem and participate in a themed photo flash mob.
Many communities called on Ukrainians to hang flags on their houses, take photos in embroidered shirts and post on social networks with the hashtags #StandWithUkraine and #UАtogether.
