A Ukrainian-language program for refugees has started on Swiss television

Diaspora TV Switzerland (D-TV) broadcasts a program called the First Ukrainian Forum live. This is a weekly Ukrainian-language program for people seeking temporary shelter in this country, writes Ukrinform.

Diaspora TV Switzerland is a channel for migrants in different languages. Ukrainian has become the 17th official language spoken by D-TV. The idea of such a program came from the founder of the channel, Mark Bamidel Emanuel, who wanted to provide a platform for the dissemination of information and assistance to Ukrainian refugees.

The first broadcast took place on March 27. During the program, guests shared tips on how to meet the basic needs of food and shelter, how to adapt and adjust their lives in Switzerland. The refugees themselves shared their experience of a short stay in Switzerland. More than 4,000 viewers watched the pilot episode of the First Ukrainian Forum live on various platforms. The next issues of the program will be devoted to medicine, education and employment of Ukrainian refugees in Switzerland.
