On August 23-28, 2021, the 3rd Congress of the World Congress of Ukrainian Youth Organizations and the 10th Forum of Ukrainian Youth of the Diaspora "Chernivtsi 2021" took place in the city of Chernivtsi.
Ukrainian youth abroad from 12 countries (Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Canada, Russia, Poland, Belgium, Spain, Israel, Latvia, Slovakia and Ukraine) gathered to discuss the prospects of interaction between the diaspora and Ukrainians in Ukraine, to establish friendly contacts with representatives of other countries. During the event, the participants formed their vision and vision of future projects, the mission and values of new formats of cooperation.
During the cultural program, the diaspora explored the area, traditions and learned the history of the Chernivtsi region. According to the results of the 3rd Congress of the World Congress of Ukrainian Youth Organizations, a new chairman and leader of the organization was elected:
President - Oleksandr Grechenyuk, Union of Ukrainian Youth of Romania, Romania;
First Deputy - Andriy Yakubuv, Ukrainian-Spanish Student Scientific Society of the University of Valencia, Spain;
Deputy - Roman Grod, Union of Ukrainian Students of Canada, Canada;
Secretary - Rostislav Sukharev, Association of Cities of Ukraine, Slovakia;
Treasurer - Kateryna Kozak, "Svitanok" organization, Georgia.
Members of the Presidium: Anastasia Balan, organization "Zlagoda" (Moldova) and Hanna Berga - Ukrainian Center for Youth and Children of Latvia.

The forum was held with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, the Chernivtsi Regional Council, and the Chernivtsi City Council.
