Hospitals in Odesa received help from Support Hospitals in Ukraine

As part of the Support Hospitals in Ukraine project, a 40-foot humanitarian cargo was delivered from the USA to Ukraine last week. The equipment has already been handed over to three Odesa hospitals: Odesa Regional Clinical Medical Center "Vodnikiv Hospital", Odesa Regional Children's Clinical Hospital and Odesa Regional Oncology Dispensary.

"While we began consultations with our donors and partners regarding this shipment in December 2019 (hospital inspections were conducted in early 2018), we had to suspend work on the shipment due to the pandemic and the State Department's moratorium on the export of medical equipment and consumables in early spring last year. This is our seventh 40-foot container with humanitarian aid delivered from the USA to Ukraine", - noted on his Facebook page the founder and head of the project Vitaliy Dubil.

Support Hospitals in Ukraine is an international humanitarian project that provides assistance to state or municipal medical institutions in the form of humanitarian aid. Since 2014, as part of the project, aid in the amount of more than 3.8 million dollars has been delivered to hospitals in Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Zhytomyr and other cities.
