Ukrainians of Hungary released a special calendar

Recently, the fifth Ukrainian-Hungarian wall calendar for 2022 was printed by the efforts of the Ukrainian community in Budapest. Each year, a suitable theme is chosen for the calendar, which demonstrates the richness of Ukrainian culture, ancient traditions and thousand-year history.

It is always published in two languages. The theme of this year's calendar is "Ukrainian princesses. Ukrainian-Hungarian dynastic marriages."

"Diplomatic relations between Hungary and Ukraine date back to ancient times. We advise you to turn the pages of the calendar and immerse yourself in the history of both countries. The calendar is traditionally illustrated with incredible drawings by the wonderful Ukrainian illustrator and artist Kornelia Kolyajin. This year, she had a difficult task, which she coped with brilliantly: all the portraits of the princesses - her personal author's creative idea", - it is written on the page of the initiators of the Kyobani Ukrainian Self-Government project.

The creation of the calendar was supported by: Bethlen Gábor Alapkezelő Zrt, the Embassy of Ukraine in Hungary, Self-Government of Ukrainians of the IIIrd District of Budapest, Ukrainian Association "Yednist", Ukrainians of Kispesht.
