On November 26, 2022, the Cluj branch of the Union of Ukrainians of Romania organized the cultural and scientific event "130 years since the birth of Mykola Kulish".
The day before, the Parliament of Romania recognized the Holodomor as a terrible crime against the Ukrainian people and humanity. Therefore, at the beginning of the event, those present commemorated victims of Holodomor with a moment of silence.
During the event, the narrators presented their reports, dedicated to Mykola Kulish's path as a famous Ukrainian playwright. Among the speakers were Ivan Gerbil, Olga Senyshyn, Dr. Michaela Gerbil.
More than 40 people attended the event, among which were teachers, students, members of the Cluj branch and refugees from Ukraine.
